About Cubatic Technologies

Cubatic Technologies is a technology services company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Our services may include custom software, web and mobile applications, dedicated teams, project rescue, maintenance, APIs, infrastructure, integrations, AI, automation and technical consulting.

Website service information is a general overview. Deliverables, timelines, pricing and commercial terms are agreed separately with each client.

Website Purpose

The website presents our company, capabilities, selected work and resources, and allows potential clients or partners to make enquiries and arrange business discussions.

Website use alone does not create a client, partnership, agency, employment or contractual relationship.

No Automatic Service Agreement

Forms, email, WhatsApp, meetings or preliminary project discussions do not by themselves create a binding development agreement.

A project begins only after applicable documentation is agreed, which may include a proposal, scope or statement of work, service or development agreement, resource agreement, NDA, data-processing agreement or maintenance agreement.

A separate written client agreement takes priority over these website Terms for that project if a conflict arises.

Proposals and Estimates

Pre-engagement proposals, estimates, timelines and recommendations are based on information then available. Estimates are indicative; discovery, third-party costs, new requirements, availability and mutual commercial agreement may change them.

A proposal is accepted only in the manner specified in that proposal or related agreement.

Project Scope and Change Requests

Work outside an agreed scope may be treated as a change request and may affect effort, timeline, resources, architecture, testing, integrations and commercial terms. We may request confirmation before beginning material out-of-scope work.

Client Responsibilities

Successful delivery depends on timely cooperation. Clients may need to provide:

• Accurate requirements and business rules
• Content, brand assets and required credentials
• API documentation and third-party accounts
• Approvals, feedback and testing inputs
• Applicable legal or regulatory requirements
• Timely development decisions

Delays in information, access, feedback or approvals may affect project timelines.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

Projects may involve payment gateways, cloud and hosting platforms, logistics, communication, email or SMS, maps, analytics, APIs, app stores, AI services and external libraries.

Those services have their own terms, pricing and availability. Cubatic cannot guarantee they remain available, unchanged or compatible, and provider changes may require more development.

Intellectual Property — Website

Unless stated otherwise, Cubatic owns or licenses the website design, text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts, diagrams, demonstrations and written content.

You may use it for legitimate informational and business purposes, but may not substantially reproduce, republish, resell or misuse it, copy branding, remove notices or misrepresent an association with Cubatic.

Client Project Intellectual Property

Project agreements govern ownership of source code, designs, documentation, databases, APIs, workflows, assets and architecture. Cubatic may retain permitted rights to pre-existing tools, reusable components, knowledge, frameworks and processes.

Case Studies and Portfolio Material

Selected work may be presented using project names, public screenshots, general descriptions, technology details, approved metrics, testimonials or public links.

We do not intentionally disclose information protected by confidentiality obligations. Clients may request correction or removal at info@cubatic.co.

Confidential Information Submitted Through the Website

Initial enquiries should contain only enough detail to understand the requirement. Detailed confidential material should use an NDA or secure method. Website submission alone does not automatically create a confidentiality agreement.
